Biography- Brittani Fults is a Title IX/EEO Investigator in the Office of Institutional Opportunity & Access. Brittani is the former Education, Prevention and Outreach Coordinator for the Office for Civil Rights & Title IX at the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU). She educated faculty, staff and students on equity, diversity and inclusion, as well as the various forms of discrimination and harassment that are prohibited on campus. Fults began her career in mental health and addiction after graduating from MU with a bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Black Studies and Social Justice. In 2016, she completed a master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.
