Rachel joined the IOA in 2015. She is the first point of contact for the IOA office, manages workflow, initial outreach, and IOA files.

Rachel has a passion for helping people and got a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Oklahoma State University in 2006 and went on to get a Master of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in 2011 from Oregon College of Eastern Medicine. She has been practicing Acupuncture outside of her full-time jobs of managing the front desk of various offices. She has managed front desk operations at two Acupuncture clinics, an apartment complex, and now the IOA. Her background gives her a unique mix of organizational and therapeutic skills that fit nicely with the IOA's mission, which she loves.
